Mayor of Belleau Nadia Crapart laid a wreath in the chapel at Aisne-Marne American Cemetery on behalf of the village for Veterans Day 2016. Citizens of Belleau attended this small ceremony, which also included a reading of the President's Veterans Day Proclamation.

On a Veterans Day a group of JROTC cadets also visited the cemetery to lay a wreath.
