Notes
Major Welshan was a member of the 604th Air Commando Squadron at Bien Hoa Air Base, South Vietnam. On March 3, 1968, he was the pilot of a Cessna Dragonfly Attack Aircraft (A-37A) on a fragmentation mission in Bac Lieu Province, South Vietnam. While on the mission radio contact was lost. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
