Notes
Engineman Second Class Weaver was a member of Detachment ALPHA, Mine Squadron 11, U.S. Navy. On November 1, 1966, he was killed when his minesweeper hit a mine and sank in the Long Tau River south of Nha Be, South Vietnam. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
