Notes
Private First Class Taylor was a member of Company C, 158th Aviation Battalion, 101st Airborne Division. On December 6, 1970, he was door gunner of a Bell Iroquois Utility Helicopter (UH-1H) when his aircraft crashed into the South China Sea near Da Nang Harbor, South Vietnam and exploded. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
