Notes
Major Pick was a member of the 480th Tactical Fighter Squadron. On August 27, 1968, he was the pilot of a McDonnell Douglas Phantom II Fighter (F-4D) on a combat mission over South Vietnam, when his aircraft crashed offshore. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
