A 24 year old American man from Sioux City, Iowa serving on active duty as an Ensign, Aviation, U.S. Naval Reserve in Panama during World War II. He died on February 18, 1944 from a aircraft crash. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
