Notes
Captain Ledbetter was a member of Detachment A-133, 5th Special Forces Group. On June 19, 1964, he was on patrol through Tay Ninh Province, South Vietnam, when it was ambushed and Captain Ledbetter was killed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
