Notes
Senior Master Sergeant Guillet was a member of the 1st Air Commando Wing. On May 18, 1966, he was serving as an observer in a Cessna Bird Dog Observation Aircraft (O-1G) on a mission west of the Demilitarized Zone and just south of Ban Karai Pass, Laos, when his aircraft was shot down and burst into flames. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
