Seaman Graham, U.S. Naval Reserve, was a member of River Sector 51, Commander River Squadron 5. On September 28, 1967, he was the forward gunner of River Patrol Boat #100 on a routine patrol of the Mekong River 5 miles northeast of Vinh Long, South Vietnam. The boat was hit by rocket fire killing Seaman Graham and fire consumed the boat. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
