Initially listed as missing in action, Private Goodman's remains were recovered, identified and interred at the Ardennes American Cemetery and Memorial. His name is permanently inscribed on the Tablets of the Missing at the Lorraine American Cemetery and Memorial at St. Avold (Moselle), France.
