Notes
37 year old Coxswain George Fleming, of Robinson, Massachusetts, served aboard the Sloop of War "USS ST. MARY'S". He died aboard ship, while his ship was on patrol with the Pacific Squadron protecting American shipping from Confederate ships during the Civil War.\r\nA monument was erected to Mt. Hope cemetery honoring him, which was moved to Corozal cemetery in 1979.
