Notes
John Joseph Walsh was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on April 9, 1879. He came to the Isthmus of Panama on March 18, 1908 and served as General Track Foreman at the great Gatun dam in the Atlantic Division. He married Edith Peterson. After retirement he remained in Panama. He died on August 25, 1941, was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
