Early Alexander Elliot was born in Norfolk, Virginia in 1910. He worked as a seaman on the ship "SS ALKATERINIT". He died on August 2, 1940 and was buried at La Guiara, Venezuela. He was reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1947.
