Annie Winifred Driscoll was born in Boston, Massachusetts February 7, 1879. She married Michael Joseph Driscoll on August 23, 1909 and accompanied him to the Canal Zone where he had been working since July 5, 1905. She died on October 29, 1926 at the Gorgas Hospital and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
