Notes
A 52 year old American man from New Jersey employed as Senior Chief Engineer with the Dredging Division, Panama Canal Company at the time of his death, February 15, 1971. Prior to assignment as Engineer with the Dredging Division, he served Engineer on the SS Ancon until 1966. He had also served as a Warrant Officer with the Army Mine Planter Service. Mr DePiper was buried at Corozal American Cemetery. Surviving was his widow, Carrol DePiper of Gamboa, a son and two daughters.
