Amine Fletcher DeMille was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 6, 1898. She was a teacher at Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. She married John B. Demille and moved to the Canal Zone. She died in the Gorgas Army Hospital on April 20, 1977 and was buried in the Corozal American Cemetery.
