A 46 year old American man from El Paso, Texas. He retired from active duty on December 23, 2002 with service in Kuwait. He was awarded the Army Commendation Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Achievement Medal with 8 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Good Conduct Medal with 5 Oak Leaf Clusters, the National Defense Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon (3rd Award) and the Kuwait Liberation Medal. He was living at Las Cumbres, Panama. He died on September 21, 2008 at San Migual Archangel Hospital, San Miguelito, Panama and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
