Sergeant First Class Davison was a member of the 9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. He was seriously Wounded in Action by the enemy in North Korea on September 2, 1951 and returned to duty September 23, 1951. He was wounded again in North Korea on October 6, 1951 and died of those wounds the following day.
