Rogelio Colman Davis, Sr. was born in the Canal Zone on February 28, 1943. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a Staff Sergeant in the Quartermaster Corps. He became a naturalized citizen on December 2, 1963. He retired on February 28, 2003 and lived at Pedro Miguel, Panama. On December 24, 2009, he suddenly died at home. He was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
