Notes
James F. Davis was born in Augusta, Georgia in 1881. He moved to Panama and was employed at the Car Repair Shop, Panama Railroad. He had lived at Gorgona for three years. He was run over and instantly killed near Gorgona shops at about 2.15 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 1910 by a locomotive. He was cremated and buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
