Thomas Cuniff was born in Bath, Maine in 1855.\He moved to Panama but was not a Isthmus Canal Company employee. He lived at Cristobal, Canal Zone for eighteen months. He died on July 24, 1908 at the Colon Hospital. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then re-interred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
