Notes
Staff Sergeant Cuadra was born in Colorado on October 30, 1940. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and rose to staff Sergeant serving in Headquarters Company, 193rd Airborne Brigade, U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster. After retirement, he lived at El Dorado, Panama. He died on January 8, 2005 at Rio Abajo, Loma Bonita and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
