Infant boy Cousins was the stillborn American son of John Walter Cousins from Newport, England, employed as Electrical Engineer with the Panama Canal Company and Phoebe A. Wires from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, living in Cristobal, Canal Zone. He died on May 24, 1917 at the Colon Hospital. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
