Staff Sergeant Ignacio Cordoba, Jr. was born in Tacoma, Washington on December 22, 1959. He married then enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a Staff Sergeant with the 128th Signal Company in Germany. He died while on active duty on March 21, 1995 at Barmh Bruder Hospital, Trier, Germany and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
