Preston Littleberry Cooper was born in Alabama on August 12, 1907. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in May 1937 and was released in January 1940. After his release he worked as an Administrative Assistant for the U.S. Navy. He became ill and on October 10, 1951, de died en-route to the hospital. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
