Blanca C. Conlan was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on July 12, 1888. She moved to Panama, married Charles Patrick Conlan on January 14, 1918 and had three children. She became an American citizen through marriage. She died on April 4, 1962 at the Gorgas Hospital and is buried at Corozal American Cemetery near her husband, Charles.
