Notes
Major Condit was a member of the 733rd Tactical Airlift Squadron. On June 23, 1969, he was a crew member of a Lockheed Hercules Transport Aircraft (C-130B) on a mission over South Vietnam, when his aircraft crashed. His remains were recovered on November 29, 1994 and identified on July 9, 1998. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
