Reverend Eustas Decaster Clarke was born in the Canal Zone on July 27, 1924. He married and moved to the Bronx, New York to serve as a minister. He died on April 30, 1992 at North Clinic Bronx Hospital and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
