Medardo R. Cisneros was born in Peru on June 8, 1885. He moved to Panama and married Celmira Z. Cisneros. They lived in the Balboa District of the Canal Zone. Medardo worked for the Panama Canal Company until retirement. He died on June 14, 1962 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery near the son, Victor A. Cisneros and daughter Edilma Cisneros. His wife, Celmira, is buried in the Panama Sector of the Corozal Cemetery.
