Notes
Mabel Cave was born in Marlinton, West Virginia on March 7, 1909. She married Paul E. Cave from Ruth Township, Ohio and in 1936 they moved to the Canal Zone where Paul became Lock Operator Foreman, Gatun Locks. Mabel died at the Gorgas Hospital on June 12, 1956. Her remains were shipped to the Coco Solo Hospital for burial at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
