Gregory G. Cartotto was born in New Jersey On January 3, 1912. He moved to Panama work as Chief of the Claims Branch, Panama Canal Company. Upon retirement, he remained in Panama. He died on February 12, 1968 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
