Fausto Carrasquillo was born in Puerto Rico on October 5, 1909. He moved to Panama so that he could work as a civilian for the U.S. Army. Upon retirement, he remained in Panama. He died on November 6, 1975 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
