Theodora Campbell was born in Pender, Nebraska on September 8, 1890. She married Woodworth Campbell and they moved to the canal Zone where she worked as a school teacher. After her husband died on April 4, 1943, she remained in Panama teaching. She died on October 4, 1969 at her home in Panama City and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery next to her husband.
