Frances Campbell was born in Jamaica in 1876. She moved to Panama but was a non- Panama Canal Company employee living in Panama City for five years. She died on May 2, 1914 at the Ancon Hospital. She was cremated and her remains were held at the Gorgas mortuary. At the request of the mortuary the remains were buried at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1981.
