Frank F. Cameron was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 10 1873. He moved to Panama from New Brighton, Staten Island, New York and worked for the Mechanical Division, Isthmus Canal Company for five years. He resigned to take up sailing a small boat on March 10, 1914. He died on March 19, 1914. He was buried in Section A, Old Corozal and reinterred at Corozal American Cemetery in 1981.
