Jane F. Byrne was born in New York City on August 4m 1864. She married Horacio Seymour Byrne and they moved to Panama so that Horacio could work for the Panama Canal Company. She died on September 1, 1940. She was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979 next to her husband, Horacio.
