Warren H. Brown was born in Illinois on December 7, 1868 and raised in Nebraska. He taught at the Government Indian schools in Nebraska and Oregon for ten years. He marries Daisy B. Hosford on August 19, 1900. He came to the Isthmus of Panama on August 11, 1910 where he worked as a Clerk in the Time Office and in the Municipal Engineering Office. He had lived in the Canal Zone for 62 years. He died on January 2, 1971 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
