Rodman A. Brayton was born in Providence, Rhode Island on July 13, 1885. He married Marian Brayton and moved to Panama. He was a retired Panama Canal Company employee. He died on May 6, 1952 at Colon Hospital. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then re-interred next to his wife and close to his son, Rex Anthony Brayton at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
