Patrick Henry Boggs was born in Braxton County, West Virginia on February 17, 1904. He moved to the Canal Zone and served as a fireman at the Gatun Fire Station for 20 years. After retirement he worked as a civilian for the U.S. Navy. He died on November 27, 1970, was cremated and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
