Boggs was an American born on December 1, 1889 and working for the Panama Canal Company and married to Victoria A. Boggs. After retirement they continued to live in Panama. He died on January 22, 1969. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979 with his wife, Victoria.\r\n9. He was buried at Mt.
