Edward F. Blackall was born in Kansas on September 7, 1901. He moved to Panama to find work. He married Maria Edelmira Morales de Blackall. He was hired to work as a civilian for the U.S. Army in Panama. Upon his retirement they remained in Panama. He died on December 28, 1966 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery with his wife, Maria.
