Franklin R. Bertocini was born in Pennsylvania on August 21, 1921. He moved to Panama and worked for the U.S. Army as a civilian. He died on June 14, 1944. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
