Angel E. Berrios was born in Puerto Rico on December 18, 1889. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a Private First Class with Company K, 65th Infantry during World War I. After the war, he moved to Panama to work for the Panama Canal Company. He married Eva Barrios. He died on May 28, 1964 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery with his wife, Eva.
