Frederick F. Bernsee was an American born in 1864. He moved to Panama to work for the Panama Canal Company. Upon retirement, he continued to live in Panama. He died on November 8, 1937. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
