Notes
Major Beresik was a member of the 44th Tactical Fighter Squadron. On May 31, 1968, he was the pilot of a Thunderchief Fighter (F-105D) on a mission over North Vietnam, when his aircraft crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
