William H. Beers was an American born on July 18, 1883. He moved to Panama and died on January 18, 1944. He was cremated and his remains were placed in an urn and stored at the Scottish Rite Temple. Upon a request from the Scottish Rite, his urn was buried in a mass grave at the Corozal American Cemetery in May 2002.
