Everett Owen Beare was an American born on January 2, 1902. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and was assigned as a Sergeant with the Transportation Corps during World War I. After the war he moved to Panama and worked as a carpenter with the Panama Canal Company. He died on February 27, 1944 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
