Joseph H. Baugh, Jr. was an American born on December 8, 1917. He enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserve and served as Airman Chief Ordnanceman during World War II. After the war he moved to Panama and worked as a machine operator with the Panama Canal Company. He died on October 12, 1947 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
