Former Secretary of the Army John O. Marsh, Jr., Receives ABMC Award

ABMC Acting Secretary Robert J. Dalessandro presented former Secretary of the Army John O. Marsh, Jr., with the American Battle Monuments Commission Distinguished Public Service Award on March 29, 2017 for his unparalleled achievement over a lifetime of public service. As a soldier, judge, congressman, advisor to President Gerald Ford and Secretary of the Army,  John Marsh’s career spanned decades and positively affected countless Americans. ABMC honored him for his remarkable contributions to the Armed Forces, and the United States of America.
