Corporal Rohan was a Central Fire Control Gunner on a B-29 aircraft with the 30th Bomber Squadron, 19th Bomber Wing. He was listed as Missing in Action when his aircraft disappeared when enroute to Korea on October 31, 1951. It was determined that his aircraft had crashed near the island of Izena Shima shortly after takeoff from Kadena Air Base, Okinawa. |
